Hello! I was just curious how to go about getting a food truck to park at my business a few days a week. I’m not even sure of the logistics, but I have a thriving business with some “hot” times that bring in many kids and parents. We have a great location at our Nashville studio and I just thought it might be a good fit for the right truck. Like I said, I do not know any of the logistics, but wanted to get some info. Tried this for the first time this past Friday. It will likely be my last time. From the time I got in line simply to place an order, and the time I actually received my sandwich… I was there for an hour and 5 minutes. For a grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich was good, but if I want one again I’ll just make one at home. It’s not worth an hour an 5 minute wait. What’s more, a coworker timed his wait from the time he placed his order… forty minutes. No thanks. Not for an $8+ lunch.
